Incredible! The flavours, variety, service, value, and setting. Very delicious and very inventive. As someone who is gluten free I was very impressed with my sections. I will be talking about this meal for a very long time. You must dine at Carabasse if you have the opportunity. Thank you so much for a very memorable meal and evening.

The absolute best Restaurant in a wide range of Ardèche and Cévennes. The food is an absolute délice, fusion, local all courses same for everyone but wow a whole discovery adventure for tongue and soul! The hosts, cooks and owners are all the same and just absolutely adorable. So much care and adaptive to all sorts of preferences. I can recommend this restaurant blindly to anyone who wants a special dinner night. If outside in the old stone house garden or inside, surrounded by Otto Lenghi cookbooks and marvelous decoration, everything is just perfect into the last detail - even the wine collection is well established and we never picked anything that didn't please us. Bravo. More places like this please. Be on time ;) dinner starts for everyone at the same time.

Our favourite restaurant in the area. Beautifully prepared food with interesting flavours and meticulous attention to detail. All local produce is used and the wines come from the surrounding area too. The service is informal and friendly. La Carrabasse is a special place.

Hidden resto gem in the Ardèche! Lovely place, location, crew, vibe and food! Highly recommended. Fixed menu (7 plats) but very very good… Early reservation is essential!

Food delicious but a little on the small side. I was still a bit hungry so had to eat a lot of bread(which was very good). Dishes could have been a bit more generous.

Excellent food and brilliant quality/price. Wine list could be improved. The only issue is managing to book, could be improved.
